Shipping

We offer Free Shipping to Canada or the United States! 

We process orders from Mondays through Fridays. Once an order is placed, we normally process and ship the orders within 1-2 business days from the order date.

If you haven’t received tracking information after 5 business days, please let us know via email at hello@barxby.com and our customer care specialists will assist you in checking your order .

Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order.

Currently shipping times are longer than usual due to USPS backlogs.

USA: 7-21 business days for the product to arrive.

Canada: 3-14 business day for the product to arrive.

Returns

If you have any issues with your order please contact hello@barxby.com and our customer care team will be able to assist you. We accept returns for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

If you’d like to return your product for a refund, please contact hello@barxby.com so that we can initiate a return and provide you our return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

At this time, we do not accept returns of products that have been used as well as international orders, obviously. Products being returned for a refund must be unused and in original packaging.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days required by the bank and payment processors. This time is usually 5-10 business days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
